The friendly staff ensured a comfortable stay, with services like dry cleaning and housekeeping taken care of promptly. the shared lounge was a cozy space to relax, and the free WiFi throughout the property kept me connected. the fitness center and terrace were great additions for guests looking to stay active or enjoy the California weather. While the neighborhood had some challenges with homelessness, the hotel itself was well-maintained and secure. the proximity to Ghirardelli Square and Pier 39 made shopping and sightseeing easy.
